Lead weekly practices, training sessions, and games.
Teach fundamental soccer skills and game awareness.
Encourage teamwork, discipline, respect, and good sportsmanship.
Create a positive and inclusive environment for all players.
Help players develop confidence, leadership, and a love for the game.
Collaborate with other coaches, volunteers, and program leaders.
Promote MUSA’s value of Train. Compete. Grow.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience playing, coaching, or teacher soccer (preferred)
Enjoy working with youth and community members
Patient, encouraging, dependable, and responsible
Strong character and good sportsmanship
Effective communicator with players, parents, and fellow coaches
Support MUSA’s mission of using sports to strengthen individuals, families, and the Muslim community
